One of my favorite dishes is risotto. I have only tried it once in an Italian restaurant, and it was delicious. I have done a lot of attempts at this dish, but it doesn’t taste like the one I proved. I hope, one day, I can make one exactly how I remember that one. 🥘👨‍🍳
